Due to the Federal Trade Commission’s upcoming changes to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Lucid for Education must obtain a K-12 education institution's direct consent, on behalf of parents, to collect personal information from students under 13 in order to provide the Lucid Suite as an educational tool. 


To provide that consent, please sign the Lucid-COPPA acknowledgment form.

To sign, please choose one of the following options:

1. Download the Lucid-COPPA acknowledgment form, sign, and email the signed PDF to Coppa@lucidchart.com
2. Email the name/email of your designated signatory to Coppa@lucidchart.com. (We will send the document out for signature through Docusign).
